LIVBO Professional Organizer serves households in Merritt Island and Central Florida. This page explains what we collect when you ask for a private assessment, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep this short on purpose, because privacy is part of the service and not a formality.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site we receive your name, your phone number, the city you live in when you choose to share it, and the type of project you selected. If you write to us by email or text, we also keep that message. We do not ask for financial data, government identification or any document about your home.
Why we collect it
We use your information for one purpose: to contact you about your project and to prepare the assessment you asked for. We call once, at the time you choose. We do not add you to a mailing list without your permission and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Who can see it
Your information is handled by Silvana Buranek and by the people who work directly on your project, all of whom are bound by the same confidentiality we promise on this site. We also use service providers that store form submissions and host this website. They process the data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything else.
Photos and homes we work in
We never publish a photograph of your home, your family or any recognizable detail without written permission from you. When a client prefers to stay private, the work stays private.
Measurement and cookies on this site
This site uses a measurement tool operated by our own web partner to count page views, sections read and clicks on buttons. It records how the page is used, not who you are, and it does not place advertising pixels from social networks or ad networks on your browser. You can block it with any standard browser privacy setting without losing access to the site or to the form.
This site sets no cookies, and no third party places anything on your browser through it. The measurement tool keeps a small anonymous identifier in your browser storage so the same visit is not counted twice. Clearing your browser data removes it.
How long we keep it
We keep assessment requests for up to twenty four months so we can pick up a conversation where it stopped, and we keep records of completed projects for as long as our accounting obligations require. After that we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you, and we stop. Write to us or call, and we answer within five business days.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of thirteen.
